April Meeting! April 9th - Ina Garten, "Barefoot Contessa Foolproof"

Desiree owns this book and said that although she cooks from another one of Ina’s books more frequently this is a great choice. This will be my first book by Ina so I’m really looking forward to it.  We all seemed kind of excited about this one! Trying so many of her recipes at once will be a treat.

Happy hunting for the BEST olive oil you can find and the BEST sea salt your budget allows so we can do Ina proud! LOL

    Excited too! Ina and all her fresh ingredients! Trip to her Martha's Vineyard fresh market and home garden for the best herbs, and vegetables?! :)

    So I'm really in the mood for some yummy greens veggies and Ina's are always delicious, so I'll be making Green Beans Gremolata and Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts. I'm making 2 fridges bc they are quite simple and I couldn't pick just one. :)
