Andrea –Crostini with Wild Mushrooms and Mozzarella
Marcelle- Mango Couscous
Shauna- Garlic – Orange Spinach
Melissa- Blueberry Buckle

How it all played out:
The second meeting of The Spice Sisters Society was a success! Thank you again to Marcelle for welcoming us into her beautiful home and hosting.
The Oprah Magazine Cookbook was in Marcelle’s personal collection but she had never cooked anything from it. This was a perfect opportunity to experience a few recipes at once. It was a great choice. I ended up purchasing it for only $5.00 on Amazon in case any fellow members want to pick it up.
We all chose very different dishes that complemented each other well and by chance we were able to create a well-balanced meal which was very nice.
Everything was delicious, however the one dish that we all loved and plan to make in the future is the Blueberry Buckle! Thanks Melissa! This dish was prepared in a pie pan but may also be prepared in individual ramekins. Unfortunately, Melissa learned the hard way that the time would be increased significantly and needed 45 minutes longer than it said for the ramekins! Thanks for sharing and now we know when we prepare it ourselves. It was delicious!
